We organize and coordinate all the service providers for an event, such as the reception venue, caterer, DJ, photographer, videographer… and we make it our business to find service providers that meet your requirements. We’re also responsible for the overall logistics of the entire event, and above all we’re here to support and advise you in your choice of professionals. COMPLETE ORGANIZATION & DESIGN
We offer complete wedding planning services, including D-day coordination and design.
Event design refers to the harmonization of a space dedicated to the event. It is the visual result of an entire process linked to the coordination and transformation of the space. It creates a magical universe and a new experience for brides and their guests, immersing them in a fairytale dimension. However, wedding design doesn’t replace wedding planning, because it really only concerns one part of the reception: the aesthetic and visual aspects.

Creation of the wedding scenography (theme and/or choice of colors, moodboard of the overall decoration, from stationery, through ceremonies, to all reception areas).
Edition of layout plan + table placement plan to scale.
Coordination
Budget and payment schedule follow-up.
Setting up appointments with service providers so that you can meet them (live or by videoconference).
Drawing up a back-plan with all the stages from signing with your wedding planner.
D-day planning.
Technical visit to the chosen venue with all the professionals working on your wedding.
Development of the day’s schedule and evening plan, in collaboration with the DJ and/or orchestra.
Manage the evening’s activities (with your witnesses, friends and family) in collaboration with the DJ and/or orchestra.
Presence of a coordinator on site from 10 a.m. to midnight on D-Day.
