A wedding is a magical moment when two people say “I do” and begin their new life together. So we all dream of a great moment to celebrate this love, like Edward and Bella’s wedding. It’s fair to say that, for Twilight fans but not only, this has become a great reference in the world of weddings. Growing up, we all dreamed of Edward and Bella’s magnificent ceremony. Even years later, this wedding continues to inspire and inspire. In this article, we’ll take a look at its enchanting universe and the ceremony we organized on the same theme, with our agency J’ai Deux Amours.
Twilight’s Wedding: A Source of Inspiration
Edward and Bella’s wedding takes place in a fairytale atmosphere, blending timeless elegance with a mystical, natural ambience. Here are some key elements of this wedding:
Venue and Decoration: A lush forest setting, adorned with white flowers and soft lights, creating an intimate and magical atmosphere.
Dress: Bella wore a classic, yet elegant wedding gown with vintage details. Edward, on the other hand, is dressed in a chic, traditional suit.
Ceremony: A simple yet moving ceremony, surrounded by loved ones, where every detail reflects the deep love between the two characters.

When this couple contacted our agency, the groom’s only requirement was a Twilight-like wedding. Even men can dream of this magnificent moment! So we pulled out all the stops to turn their dream into reality.
Here’s how we recreated that magic with a personal touch:
1. Selection of venues :
Twilight: A verdant forest in Washington State.
Aurélie & Benoît: The wedding took place at Mas de la Rose in Provence. As the location didn’t correspond to the one in the film, we had to start from scratch to recreate a ceremony venue that would resemble this forest, while retaining the specifics of the south of France. To create this supplied look, we used arches filled with white flowers and foliage.
2. Floral decoration and ambience :
Twilight: White flowers and lush greenery.
Aurélie & Benoît: In addition to the arches filled with white foliage and flowers, a ceiling of white wisteria was placed above the ceremony. White flowers were also placed at the foot of the ceremony’s wooden benches to mark the aisle. Finally, a path of white petals was laid to lead the bride to the altar.
3. Ceremony and Reception :
Twilight: Intimate ceremony with family and close friends. Outdoor reception under the trees.
Aurélie & Benoît: The ceremony was filled with emotion and love between the bride and groom. Obviously, the presence of their loved ones was very important to celebrate this union with them. The reception took place indoors, once again with flowers on the tables. A Steinway & Sons piano was placed in the middle of the room to recall Edward’s gift with this instrument and the films’ signature music.
